tropical fruits, dehydrated fruits, big bowls of grain (oatmeal, brown rice), eating nuts (or tasty trail mix without candy) until full, big baked potatoes. these are healthy plant based things i minimize because i'm always watching my weight.
Here are bad-for-you things that are guaranteed to shoot my weight up: a lot of wine followed by late-night munching of crackers/cheese. PIZZA. Eating out at restaurants often, accompanied by booze. Potato chips & corn chips. POUTIN ("vegetarian" even). good luck.
