What you'll hear is more of a "hey" or just "ready". They are just saying it very quickly because of the speed in which they are reloading the weapon. Also, adrenaline...

Proof: I was a artillery gunner in the Marines and we followed the same rules. Only our guns were 155mm and towed by a truck.

Edit 3: A "hot round" is ammunition where the hammer has depressed the firing pin, but the round did not discharge. This is bad and special procedures have to be followed to clear the gun. I don't know how this is done on an aircraft, though. We have a special pit for these rounds that are destroyed later.
