Is the western or non Japanese market ever taken into consideration when producing anime?

Do you think it's possible for someone not Japanese to work in the anime industry in Japan?

Did you even read the thing you posted? It said when you are a shia muslim who is being persecuted or attacked you can lie(i.e common sense), but it's often misconstrued, just like the way you use it now to discredit anything a Muslim says as if they have some sort of god given right to lie.

Yeah. Look at Lebanon. It's 60% Muslim and it's a secular country.
