Bullshit.

Those knives are absolutely amazing for beginners and they are total workhorses, but there are far better knives that will hold a sharper edge and hold it longer.

Of course that costs money, but if you are serious about cooking (even as just a hobby) it's well worth investing in quality knives and learning how to maintain them. A good quality knife will last a lifetime.

That said, I used my Victorinox happily for nearly a decade with no major issues.

But how would that please the shareholders?
