What are the chances of getting caught sending illegal drugs in relatively small amounts through ups? What happens when it is found?

You said I can ask anything. And let’s just say a friend of mine does this very often going on 10 years now and the most that’s happened is it doesn’t arrive. And I’m talking about personal supply amounts. Reason I ask is because it seems relatively safe and effective method and wondered what measures are taken when the package doesn’t arrive at its destination. What does the chain of custody look like?
