I don't know about features, but I know the interface in Photopea is pretty close to Photoshop which BLOWS GIMP out of the water. GIMP is fucking ugly as hell. As far as the interface goes, it looks like Linux and Windows had sex, and then found out the baby was horribly disfigured and decided to abort it but the abortion lived.

I thought stuff like this was able to be detected prior to birth via ultrasound and other tests. How do you miss the fact that a baby is missing part of their brain?
