Of course the answer is that is obviously completely illegal. If you really want to die a hero, why stop at your heart? Put yourself on the organ donor list for every organ and then look after your health very carefully. Do not take drugs or alcohol or smoke, and live your life in acts of kindness towards others. Don't just stop at your organs either, you could volunteer your organs in death and volunteer your time in life, you could plant trees, feed shelter kittens, and ladle at soup kitchens. Eat cheaply and stay fit. Now over that time you might happen to get lucky and turn the finances around, or else you may die with your debt, which is fine because loan-givers never need the money.
That's a way better way to die a hero, you could give so much more than just your heart.

I lecture as part of the training for people in your job, and I want to emphasise that most workers are like you, keen, caring, and genuinely interested in helping children lead safe and happy lives. The media latches on to the one bad egg, or the one who slipped through the cracks, and it drives me crazy because it just demonises the workers who are SO good for SO little pay (where I live).

How much of the benefit of recycling is removed when taking into account every extra weekly rubbish truck, the plant they go to, and the factory recycling process?
I made my own recycled paper once, and I couldn't help but imagine all the CO2 this would spew into the environment on a large scale just for a reuse. I know nothing about this, but how is it not better just to use biodegradable material?

That's basically the reason this doesn't exist. The ethics of giving the poor and very desperate the option to sell their kidney when $50k is not an offer some people can afford to refuse.
