Hi Dave! Thanks for doing this! I've always been interested in environmental health and especially food safety and sustainable food processes. What tips could you give someone who is looking to start working in this field?

I already asked one question but I have another.. I love to travel, and I fly a lot. I know that the aviation industry causes a huge amount of pollution. I've considered buying carbon credits (like from companies that plant trees to offset the emissions you produce by flying) but does this really make a difference?
