I don't know if people actually 'get' how amazing the tabletop Surface is. If you've been to Disneyland and seen the demo Surfaces in the World of Tomorrow exhibit, the appeal is immediately obvious. Kids love it, as do adults. Giving it the ability to load other apps (even...<gasp> Windows Metro ones) and books would be a pretty significant win.
