as someone who lives in Toronto, it blows my mind that people might have to find a new job because of a lava flow. We just call in the army if it snows an inch.

You call yourself the social justice premier. You also routinely tout the economic growth in Ontario as a sign that our economy is healthy, and our citizens are prosperous.

This article in the Globe says otherwise. The poor are getting poorer, and the rich are getting richer. Not everyone can live in Fort McMurray.

You've recently had the minimum wage raised to $11 an hour, and espous this seemingly amazing revelation that attaching it to the consumer price index will keep it at a reasonable level.

My question for you: *knowing that wages are not increasing, cost of living is out of control, and full time work is increasingly becoming a unicorn in employment, do you sincerely think this is an acceptable wage for anyone to live on?* Keep in mind $11 an hour is below any economist's definition of the poverty line.

I am not asking you to become a socialist. Ideology isn't a binary, but I think people in Ontario deserve an answer on why the Ontario Liberals continue to seemingly uphold trickle-down economics as the bastion of common sense, when clearly, history has shown otherwise.

As a citizen of Ontario, and as a taxpayer, I, and others here, deserve an honest response.

I've always loved when international athletes train here. I totally commend competing under another flag (for any reason, but especially activism).

Just letting you know, this is an awesome project. I'm going to start doing this over the break. In one of my classes, we watched a video that used YouTube's automatic subtitling and it was atrocious. We have someone in the class with hearing impairment and I felt terrible for her.
