How does it feel to be one in 35 million?

I saw something about introducing a currency that has an expiry date. How about if GBI was given out in a form that expired if not used by a certain end date? This would help funnel it into the economy and hopefully go through a multiplier effect, lifting all boats. Is it feasible?
