Hey Allen, greetings from Montreal! Hope you're healing well from your surgery.. My questions are how do you manage to balance your personal life from business? How do you find the perfect medium? Also, I've started my business now and I'm finding it hard to build trust & loyalty between those on my team? How do you develop a good level of loyalty & trust while still moving forward as a team?
