That is a huge piece of misinformation that is floating around. They did search Guyger's apartment, within hours of the shooting. They just didn't need to have a warrant issued.

Dear lord! My wife is "only" an MD, and she's already had enough schooling / taken out enough loans / takes enough standardized exams to last a lifetime... I couldn't imagine tripling all of that!
