Someone told me that the smell of burned marijuana is no longer probable cause for a stop or a search in light of the federal farm act legalization of hemp. To what extent do you agree with this?

And other states like Iowa say any amount of a drug in your system means you are legally intoxicated. Obviously this is untrue. But this is their "law".
Also, the manufacturer of most US blood vials just recalled 240,000 of them because they didn't put the chemicals inside that are supposed to preserve the blood and keep it from fermenting inside the vials. Seriously. DWI "science" is largely junk science.
When they run a blood sample through the lab, they actually only test the AIR ABOVE like 4 drops of your blood. If they accidentally pipetted the wrong amount of your blood into the vessel, your results will be way off.
The more you know, the less you can trust this stuff.

How could this person have sued under a federal statute in "small claims court" (state level court)?
Are there some jurisdictions that would possibly allow this, because I can't think of any that would?

What do you think about CMI not making their "Intoxilyzer 9000" available for independent scientific research to anyone not affiliated with law enforcement?
