WOW what a story! My ex owed $30,000 at one point. I took our case to court and an arrest warrent was issued (not the first one) but he has never spent any time in jail. At one point, he even left the country and stopped paying altogether for several years. Child enforcement in Oregon is very relaxed.

He chose not to work, then went to China to "make movies". Got a couple modeling jobs (caucasian males are desirable) and helped make a music video. Other than that, he sort of played around and had fun. He is back in the states now, and paying monthly again, but still behind and working low paying jobs so the support is not much. It's a shame, he is smart and has good earning potential.
