I’ve often wondered if astronauts get nervous spending so much time living in the ISS? I mean you’re there for extended periods of time in this amazing structure with so many moving parts and to me it seems like there is so much that could go wrong at any given time, all while looking down on earth.

Thanks for doing good this, I can’t wait to read your book. People have been living up there for a long time now and that’s amazing and I don’t think it gets talked about enough.

Were you nervous at all while making Where In The World Is Osama Bin Laden? Did you ever fear for your safety while on or off camera?

I read your book a couple months ago. It was a great read, inspiring and informative. The Epic 5 sounded.....well epic!

What is your go to fuel/food on a long bike rides that's always tucked in the back of your jersey? Is it something home-made or a product like vega? I like things like the gu and hammer packs, but hate how they are so overly processed so I'm always looking for alternatives.

Also any other big races planned for the future?
