Unrelated to 9/11, but:

We are flying Delta with our 2 year old next month. He isn't used to wearing a mask. Do you have any tips? How do you handle it when you have a very young child that won't reliably wear a mask on your flight?

The mask violence is ridiculous! I experienced a little bit at work, but nothing like the scenes taking place in planes. It's scary to think you could be trapped with multiple people like that at 35000ft.

He flew in February before his birthday and did just fine! The only thing I'm worried about is keeping a mask on him now that he is 2. I guess I will take him shopping and stuff for the next few weeks to reinforce it.

Yup! The mask mandate states 2 and up. There have been some pretty nasty incidents and many families have been asked to get off of the plane before take off.

I understand that LUS is not willing to extend fiber to the municipalities unless they agree to cover costs, which seems perfectly reasonable to me. Is LUS currently in negotiations with any of the smaller municipalities to do so?
