it was bro... it is the irony of liability. Terminally ill, if decided that judgement is not impeded with any psychological disorders, patient receives medication... if decided that judgment is impeded, qualification is denied... person still dies. The difference being liability from a 2nd party (family members who didn't know and are against assisted suicide) could in theory go to court with the pharmacy... atleast as far as I know.
