That's not completely true. For example, a person may discontinue physical therapy if they become confined to a wheelchair, and near end of life, palliative care will replace curative care. That being said I agree with your point in general. And I also want to move to Ireland.

I've always been reluctant since I don't want to wash a towel after one use, but I suppose from an ecological standpointa paper towel isn't any better.
