Hmm I don't think it's 2nd declension. I remember seeing it somewhere as Jesu, which would be ablative singular of 4th declension. So if I were going to guess the plural of Jesus in Latin, whether or not it's appropriate to use it, I would say it were Jesus. Just with a more pronounced U sound. It would sound like Jesuuus.
