If California were a blank slate in terms of water law, what legal framework would you suggest to allow for the most economically efficient use/distribution of finite water resources?

I am a gun owner, but I see no reason to join the NRA. Since you are a lifetime member, could you share some insight as to why you have found membership to be worthwhile?

Fair enough. As far as insurance goes though, many homeowners' policies extend to include property in your vehicle, so your firearms may already be insured even if you're not an NRA member!
