What are your feelings as a health worker on the decision by the US government to only use $22 million to set-up a healthcare facility in Liberia solely for treating medical aid workers?

Do you think it's still possible that a world response could conceivably be big enough, quick enough, and west Africa-savvy enough to have a chance to contain it within west Africa? And, if so, how could that be done?
