Might also want to look at Magento. The professional version isn't cheap, but the open source version is free. I use Magento for my own site and LOVE it. Very easy to code against, which makes automating things nice. For example, I wrote a script that takes all new orders and auto submits them to my drop shipper. My store and the drop shipper both have web services to interact with. So, when an order comes in, I get an email, then another when the order is sent to the drop shipper, then finally an email when the order ships. Whole thing requires NO action from me.

Can you recommend some good rules for a strip version of this game?
