Can you find anything negative to say about the SR-71?

I do rudimentary programming as part of my job. I read this, I read the website, and I still do not understand what the book is about.

It seeeeems to be about making up detailed lists of step that one can follow to solve an everyday problem. "Predictably" here means that each step of that list will give you one solution only, so following the whole series of steps will A/ definitely give you an answer, and B/ the same premises/problem should yield the same answer.

As to what kind of problems this can be applied to, I have no idea.
