What is the single most impactful thing you'd recommend civilians do to stop the spread of and normalization of hate?

What other advice do you have in general for us to consider?

Do you ever find yourself holding back? Are there questions you're too afraid to ask? If so, what are they?

*Miss Thunderemoji, but thanks for the reply. ;)

How do you strike that balance, when it comes to chasing curiosity without causing harm? And/or putting yourself/your team in danger? I assume there's no one answer, but maybe a particular event or story that you can think of?

I tend to browse the archives and the Wayback Machine for endless entertainment, but I'd love to hear about a time where the Wayback Machine and/or other information from your archives has served a greater purpose? I can imagine they have been integral for particular discussions around things such as "fake news" and bias online as of late...

No worries! Not everyday you get to correct an NYT reporter. ;)

Totally agree with you that great reporters have to think of curiosity > empathy. Otherwise, these stories would never be told and the rest of the world would be none the wiser.

Thanks again for the replies. Keep up the great work.
