Greetings earthling! Because of watching your work, I have become a way better cook, thank you! The biggest change came when I started buying whole spices, then grinding and mixing them myself. Your spice mix recipes are some of my favorites, taco potion #19 is a game changer!! I have even been known to bring a mortar and pestle camping because of the difference it makes.
