I am trying to get a job in a poor charter school in Fl. any tips for new teachers? I am white and the students will be black/hispanic. This is my first job so anything will be helpful.

Hey! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time for this... This is more of an outlook question but I am planning to go for my Masters in Instructional Technologies. After I complete the program (besides schools) what other companies could I look into employment for? I would LOVE to get behind the gamifactation movement, am I on the right path? Thanks again!
