My infant son was on the Berlin Heart LVAD prior to transplant. He suffered a very large brain bleed and had a craniotomy to evacuate the bleed and suffered in total three strokes. He has since been transplanted and is recovering from the strokes. We were told that there was a 30% chance of stroke, but there was also a 0% chance at making it to transplant without the LVAD.

Will we be able to eliminate this risk with advancing technology so future children do not need to suffer what our family went through? Additionally, will a complete artificial heart even be possible without some sort of heparin or other anticoagulation therapy?

Will Terraria ever be done? I mean in the sense that you can step away and look at the game and say to yourself, "I've done everything I wanted to do. My masterpiece is finished." Or will there always be new ideas that you want to implement?
