What are your thoughts about culture clashes between generations in the workplace? I work for a big company, and there's a lot of tension between younger and older LGBT people. There's an official lgbt employee group that's kind of getting caught up in it.

Things like young people being out immediately, and taking their SO's to events, identifying as queer, bucking gender norms more. Older ones tending to want to fly under the radar and not really talk about trans or queer people. Any thoughts on how to bridge the gap?

Loved the film but I was shocked to see it was rated R. There was no sex or violence and barely any swearing. It's nuts that say Hunger Games gets a PG-13 by comparison.

I've heard people insinuate that it's because of the MPAA's discomfort with gay romance. Did you get any feedback from them about why it got that rating?

I've run into a lot of hiring managers who have some shitty stereotypes about veterans that lead them to not hire them (most common one I hear is that they don't want someone to have PTSD and become a threat in the workplace). Do you have any advice for how to get people out of thinking this way?

My husband and I get a huge kick out of the Lego Dimensions games, glitches and all. Storing all of the sets is getting to be a bit tough. Have you seen any creative storage solutions made by fans?
