Have you looked much at drug metabolism in different people, in particular how the CYP2D6 and CYP3A4 genes affect psychiatric medications? Last year after months and months of medication I dealt with mostly negative side effects of common anti depressants and anti anxiety medications and eventually found out I am an ultrarapid metabolizer for CYP2D6. I'm curious if this is still not very much explored, or if there are options for people like me.
