I am a recent college graduate from an event management program. I have over 5,000 hours of experience in the cultural festival and entertainment industry field. I attended my first EDC this season. I was in love with the experience created by Insomniac. I was wondering what kind of experience should I have more of in my resume if I wanted to apply to insomniac?
