You missed a few things: the expected PSI using the ideal gas law in the Wells report, the part about the two gauges (+/- .5 PSI), and that mortsensens report stated 11 of 12 balls were at least 2PSI under the legal limit.

The Wells Report doesn't say anything that contradicts it's desired conclusion. That stuff is all left out.

Maybe it doesn't cause insomnia, but a short temper and irritability?
