Ehh. It's going to vary. You could probably work out of a Robinson R22 (seats pilot + 1) with the doors removed. You're looking ~$250/hr wet rental plus you'll need a pilot and those don't come cheap.
You're not going to want to fly too low (noise, and depending on airspace you may not be allowed to) so you'll need a very good camera as well.
It may be worth looking into commercial multimedia companies in your area. Ones in bigger cities sometimes have helicopters (or contracts with someone) that have a camera attached to the helicopter for events just like this.
Edit: It's probably worth mentioning "wet rental" means fuel is included in the rental cost.

Yeah, that's awfully cheap for a news helicopter.
An R44 in my area is ~$550/hr wet with a pilot.

That's dirt cheap. If you could guess, what's the average income (or net worth) of your clientele?

Hey boys! What are your thoughts on Corey and Trevor leaving Trailer Park Boys (glad to see Corey is back!) and how Michael Jackson portrayed it? Is it really as bad on the show as he makes it out to be?
edit: grammar
