It's currently ~0.8 seconds.

Pancakes or waffles?

Not Ian, but in official competitions, you get 15 seconds of inspection time before the actual solve starts.

That might sound like alot, but most of the time you can only plan out the first 8 - 11 moves, while an average solve takes around 40 - 55 moves.
