Generally, when a company is testing its employees, do they want people with any trace of a drug to be considered "positive," or do they have cutoff levels?

Hi Matt - big fan of your newsletter, thank you for taking the time to do this AMA. I have a couple questions, so feel free to answer whichever one you want (or none, I guess).
How do you determine which topics get written about in depth, and which ones you either omit or just mention in the "Things happen" section? Or is it more of a "I know it when I see it" type of situation?
Is Deutsche Bank still a bulge bracket? I know that's a bit of a meme, but I guess the real question would be: do you see the market for investment banking services changing a whole lot in the next ~10 years, or will the bulk of the deals continue to run through the established powers?

I doubt he'll want to answer this, assuming that he actually did have to "handle things." If its not something he was already tried and convicted for, he wouldn't want to admit to doing anything illegal.
