My hubby got the gastric sleeve a couple years ago. He started out 565 and is down to about 360 or so. I totally recommend that surgery : )

Because the vaccine isn't 100% effective and the mask, which isn't very bothersome at all to some people, lowers your chances even more of contracting covid. It's not very hard to figure out.
