How do your citizens get connected to your internet? Do they pay service fees?

If so, how much was it per person, roughly?

1) Now that you are going F2P, will your policies regarding multi-boxing change? Players that simultaneously use 4-non-paying accounts have a different impact to your business model than players that simultaneously use 4-paying accounts.

2) Are the microtransactions going to be themed such that you know what the money is going towards?

3) If not, can I just give Kervik some money to make mages awesome?

Many people are upset because they pre-paid for a subscription to the game and Trion has changed the entire subscription model.

I'm pretty sure Trion is effecting a change in the contract with their customers. Contract changes must be agreed to by both parties in order for the contract to be considered valid.

Is it safe to assume you guys are willing to refund players who do not agree to these new terms?
