It's like icing on a cake.

Too much and everyone wants to throw up, just enough and in the right places and it's delicious.

Sadly a lot of films don't realise this and are effectively being made by 7 year olds who are all "WHY CAN'T MY WHOLE CAKE BE ICING!!!!"

You both raise interesting points tbh.

At what point does a company transform from one guy doing his thing to being one of these corporate sell out things?

From the look of this guys bakery, it's pretty huge and if he's shipping a thousand pounds a day, that's no small feat.

I mean, if he continues to do well and opens another bakery near new york or more through out America, at what point do people stop the whole "yey, the little man" and switch to "corporate bastards"?
