This is the point people with fear-reactive dogs need to read and re-read. I have a GSD mix who was attacked on a few occasions by a dog. Once after newly being spayed and twice as an adult (past age 2). She used to be a dog that all trainers would use when introducing fearful dogs to our training group as she was so laid back and comfortable around all dogs, but the attacks left her fearful and quite reactive. It was heartbreaking to go from being a regular at the dog park to crossing the street while on walks when we see a dog, but we learned as a couple that she lets us know when she is in a stressful situation by her body language - so we deliberately focus on counter conditioning with high value treats and safe training practices. You cannot force an animal, especially a dog who has had bad previous experiences, into situations that make them fearful! It is fight of flight for these creatures and if you can make their lives easier by avoiding situations in which they will feel backed into a wall - your and their lives will be much easier.

What do the locals think about your efforts? Are they supportive or oppose helping strays? What is the main source of funding for these efforts?

That's great that you've found an alternative for the dog park! My partner and I take our GSD x and black lab to enclosed places like sporting fields. Of course we clean up after ourselves and don't interrupt people if they were there first, but our lab is too friendly towards other dogs and of course our reactive GSD x follows in tow... We have resorted now to using a basket muzzle for our GSD if there is a possibility of off-leash dogs (like on hiking trails) and we are all much more comfortable with this setup. She has never drawn blood on any dog nor creature, but the basket muzzle eases our anxiety a ton and lets us do the activities our other dog loves. Glad you have a better solution for your pup!

What's the deal with the "faster acting" gummies only being available in some states but not others?

I'd like to try them in my home state where I buy your products, but they're not available. I take Wana for sleep due to chronic pain and delayed sleep phase syndrome ~2/3 nights a week and they help, but waiting 45min to an hour to start feeling effects is somewhat inconvenient. I've read that the faster acting gummies are more efficient, but how is that possible from a physiology standpoint?

Also, when I split your product (the 10mg gummies) in half with a knife to take a lower dose, it feels like one half will be WAY stronger than the other when taken a few days apart. Per the package, it is recommended to split them and take a more appropriate dose, but sometimes even 1/3 or 1/4 of the gummy is "enough" to almost too much. IDK how the compounds are distributed throughout the product, but I'm hoping you all are pulling product to conduct QA tests because it feels like some of the product is much stronger than others in the same package.

Cheers to you guys though - I wish you made hard candies like Pebbles in Oregon do, because hands down those are my favorite edible on the market. Maybe one day.
