This answer made the whole AMA worth it for me.

i am a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight. The way it works is simple and powerful. The Angel Flight organization does all of the coordination between sick families and pilots like me who donate everything else. When I fly a sick kid from a rural location to a big city for cancer treatment (as I've done), I pay to rent the plane, I fly the plane, I pay for the fuel, and everything else. Angel Flight does the organizing and coordinating. So, giving to Angel Flight is a great multiplier because when you give them $10K it probably equates to something like $500K of actual flights because the pilots donate so much more in terms of plane rental/time/fuel. I love doing it.

LOL - that's the first time I've seen a spoiler applied directly by an actor to a fan.

Alex, I'm really disappointed in your answer, and I'll explain by analogy. The question StinkyDinky asked in a nutshell was do you think that police departments can and should do a better job when it comes to policing black citizens. Your answer was a textbook deflection that makes it seem as though you deny there is a problem. By way of example, let's say that I'm a homeowner who is pissed off that local government employees keep stealing the newspaper from my front step on the way to work. And I want the government to do something about their employees behavior. The fact that other citizens may also steal my newspaper is not at issue. I would like that to stop too but I'm petitioning the government to control its employees. If I ask someone how they feel about getting government employees to stop stealing newspapers, and that person replies that non-government citizens are a big problem, I'll be disappointed because they are deflecting and avoiding the issue in the same way you are doing here.
