You can make seitan at home on the cheap and season it with all the spices that people would normally use to make various salumi.

And since protein powder tends to wind up in the vegan lifting diet somewhere, TrueNutrition has decent variety and bulk costs.

This is quite possibly my favorite bit in the entirety of the Boosh. The show is packed with clever, but I can't help but smile when I think of this when anybody asks me to do anything that I just can't go for.
