I am not planning on becoming a English teacher but I have a question: I have dual citizenship, one of them is from an English speaking country. Do I theoretically qualify as native English speaker for them even when I have never officially lived there?

A small indie company that has two early access titles on steam, and one more coming in a month, and all of them look like little mobile games.

Why don’t you just focus on making one good game? This project isn’t icebreaking. Not yet at least.

Thanks but I know very well what a native language is. The question was If they would count me as a native speaker just because I have a British passport.

I was just asking to find out if I could trick myself into a job as a language teacher. I kind of grew up bilingual, but I wouldn’t call English my native language, even if it’s the language that one half of my parents always spoke in as they never learned German.
