Good thing you live in Turkey they make a lot of food suitable for vegan diet. Is there anything you're really curios to know what it taste like?

Hi Dr. I hope you're still here. I have an elderly dog (15) with many health issues like diabetes, back spasms and more. He's on medication which helps a lot and doesn't appear to have pain or uncomfort during a normal day.

He does have doggy dementia which causes a bit of whining and weird behaviour occasionally.

My question is how do I know when it's time? On one hand he is the happiest dog alive when he sees a piece of chicken but he does sleep most day, barely sees anything and gets two jabs a day plus different pills (gabepentin and vivitonin). I don't want to keep him just for my sake but I don't want to rob him of some more time if he has it.
