Twice now I've subbed to /r/scotch and both times I've had to unsub. I can't handle their pretentiousness. They treat whisky like it's the frikkin man-juice of Jesus Christ poured from the Holy Grail itself. There's hardly any interesting discussions either, it's mostly people posting reviews of obscure scotch as a poorly disguised humble-brag.

Scotch is a tasty and delicious liquid which can be enjoyed or it can get you hammered.

What was it like being a young girl in the female version of Hitler-Youth? I imagine it was similar to Boy's/Girl's Scout but with more politics?

What was her thoughts on the organization at the time? Did German youth at the time find it strange to be essentially "forced" into compulsory membership of such a "club"?

Looking back, wiser and older, does she remember anything interesting she could share? Any instances of overly-strict discipline? Was there attempts at indoctrination of nazi-ideology? What were the people leading the organization like?
