I completely agree it took me to substitute cigarettes with spliffs for me to quit. When I had people trying to force me to quit it made me want to smoke even more what's a fucked up situation. I'm sure if I wasn't completely right in the brain I'd punch the fucker taking them in the face. I also read about people who faked mental diseases to get into a ward and once in it they acted completely normal and no one could tell the difference. So it's interesting how we can't truly pick out who is insane and who is in a normal state of mind.

Do you have patients who get aggressive for cigarettes? I was reading an article that suggest giving patients e cigarettes as a cleaner alternative to the mental patients need to smoke as well a healthier nicotine fix as well.
