Would you recommend going though the SP method. Also, are reality checks useful at all?

Haha I saw I had a message from you and it clicked like " Do a reality check!" And yes sir(es) I was referring to sleep paralysis. How exactly do you go into sleep paralysis. I've been interested in lucid dreams for a while on and off. At one point did you never have lucid dreams? Thank you for taking up this interesting study/case.
