He's not being a dick. When someone has an AMA, and someone asks them a question in which they are an expert in their field, especially one subject that's very specific, “do cannabinoids help with cancer.”

And someone asks that question, and the best the researcher can do is say “possibly.” That's not the person asking the question being a dick.
