he didn't post the entirety of the rule, if you read the rest of it you will see that it is not completely restricted;
However, because we don’t like to draw lines in the sand or hamper creativity, if your interpretation is a TRULY inspired combination of creative genius and hard work, we might award you a few points, but it would have to be outstanding in every way. Otherwise, you will get nothing.

yea, I get it. I've heard that in a lot of tech companies you are expected to work overtime, which kind of sucks. I imagine I'd work a bit of overtime naturally, but to be expected to do it constantly would make me depressed
