Office 365 is a licensing channel. Subscription compared to one time purchase. Network access doesn't come into it. The subscription product gets updates regularly and new features first.

  1. You can use =ISFORMULA(A1)
  2. Use conditional formatting or an Excel Table
  3. XLOOKUP is 100 times better than VLOOKUP. All of the goodness, none of the challenges and a LOT more functionality
