Something tells me if the reverse error occurred (player walked out with 10x less the $$ he/she was owed), they wouldn't put the player's face in a database and alert them the next time they showed up.

What do you make of this charge? Legally, should the "WMD" charge have so much ambiguity? What precedent might this set if he's found guilty of this charge?

Is the term maybe defunct in and of itself?
